Where are you getting that information? OTCMARKETS? It’s wrong! Read their latest 10Q. There’s over 53M OS giving them a market cap of $4.3M with about $10K in cash in the bank, no more revenues (they spun off the VAPI business), and they already sold a Convertible (Death Spiral) Note back in March, with
Warrants priced BELOW the market! Watch out....do your due diligence on this “new” team (ie management) that took over and research what happened to the last two public companies (BRVO and ATTD) that they ran into the ground ($0.0001)! Good luck but I’d stay clear of this one...
