I’ll save you some time, and fill you in on the back story of what’s going on down in Texas. CBD is the devil, according to Texas law enforcement. They want it off their streets in a bad way. Now they’re backing off their stance out suddenly because of public opinion. Seems suspicious? Remember Operation Candy Crush?

Here’s some DD on the sheriff Art Acevedo in charge of the raids. He won Austin, Texas “most corrupt cop of the year” before being transferred to Houston.

Here’s some DD that you can’t always trust those who were meant to “protect and serve”. Iowa police stated CBD products tested for high levels of THC and synthetics, only to double back later claiming they never actually tested them.

Here’s an article from just the other day claiming Texas is putting the brakes on confiscating anymore CBD products from store shelves until they can obtain further information on how to proceed. Seems Texas is in too deep on this one.
