Have products been delayed, yup. As shareholders would we have liked them to be launched already, yup. However any intelligent investor can clearly see that the WRFX of the last 18 months is basically a NEW company. Dozens have heavily invested, by purchasing preferred shares and signing NDA agreements. One cannot deny that any company willing to go through the expense of filing a Reg A, fully expects to be approved for the funding.
So lets address the next ridiculous statement of un-audited financials. We all know that the majority of OTC companies dont incur the cost of having the audited and its NOT a requirement. So lets stop playing the F-ing game.
However if you do want to play that game, please tell us what audited financials did for the shareholders of.

As for the horse shit about the Reg A creating dilution. Yup sure does its not a secret. SO since we have so many astute businessmen is here that can clearly run a business better then Brad & Mick.
