What could ERHE, Starcrest and Total Fina be working on?

Total Fina has some on going interest in Marginal Nigerian Hydrocarbon Properties.

ERHE has World Class deep water Hydrocarbon properties.

Starcrest has Two Deepwater Nigerian Hydrocarbon properties next to a World Class Hydrocarbon Property in full production.

Could a Mega Deal be in the Works?

Just the way I SEE it, so please conduct your own research as I could be Mistaken.
