EVIO was SGBY which originally was only a consulting firm for MJ licensing. They realized that a big part of compliance was actually testing (with Oregon legislation) WW moved into the testing market from the consulting market seeing the $ signs there.

I don't believe the 'new' bio sciences department is going to take any initial captial investment. They have all of the equipment they need on hand and Anthony is currently a salaried board member. Sure it will take his cycles away from daily operations, however, I believe the 2 new hires (VP and director) are back filing many of Anthony's prior responsibilities so he can 'be a nerd' as he is a molecular biologist not an MBA....
