Jason has made a conservative estimated $3.5MM with dilution and the purchase of his own company. 200MM added to the O/S at a conservative .01 is $2MM(is that explained why in financials?) A total consideration of $1.5MM for classidocs brings it up to $3.5MM in the pocket of CEO.

I'm still pretty bummed that he paid for his own company, Classidocs, using LDSR money. Just makes everything really shady. Don't even get me started on typos.
