These type of Penny Sleds (from my experience) are good for One Big Pump, unless they actually perform.
After the decline from the $4's, my confidence level was high that it was never going to atain that level again, unless they actually performed a deal. So, I locked in a profit. A big profit.
If I had waited, and believed the Corporate BS spin, today I would be, years later, in the RED.
I don't believe ANY of these Penny Lifestyle CEO's. They need to 'show me'. But that's just me.
Believing, and trusting what they say, have in the past, cost me large. I learned from experience.
Leo has never delivered for his shareholders, in any company where he held a Senior Position.
His promises of being Transparent with his shareholders, has (to me) proven to be the opposite.
If you can't see that share value is being diluted to the nub, with the last 8M shares sold to Aspire outside of the earlier stated contract, at .25 cents ( at 40% reduction to SP) is not a desperate action, then I don't know what to say, Except the worst type of delusion, is self delusion.
That said, I know one desires to 'believe'. But in what, oh The Science ? What science ? There's no Phase 3. IPIX, doesn't have any 'drugs', only formulations. They don't have the funds to go further themselves, and to date, nobody seems to want to partner with them on anything.
If Leo was working on a partnership, they would have done it long before needing to sell 8M shares for $2M @ .25. And to date not explaining that to the shareholders, is not the behavior I want to see in a CEO where I have invested.
Kevetrin, is dead. 'B' is 'On Hold', and we can't seem to get Leo to say anything about 'P', except that's it's still 'Blinded'.
Now it's Six Months and it's still 'Blinded' ? So Leo says, which isn't much these days since he's 'gone turtle'.
I wish IPIX wasn't the disaster is has turned out to be. They had a shot in the beginning, but only if Leo played it straight.
I hope you, and everyone else gets your investment back with this sled. I really do. Lots of good people put their hard earned money into this company. I'm afraid they will lose it all if they ride it all the way down.
