Due diligence catch up material for Newbies

If you are new there has been a ton of info posted to this board over a few years time but ill give a brief summary then repost some stuff and links below.

Windstream (WSTI) once had a market cap of 160 million dollars. This was a "pumped up" value based on a mailer that went out about 4 years ago. After the pump the stock got shorted and sold off to almost nothing and the company ran out of money and used highly dilutive toxic convertible notes. Our best "guess" at total outstanding shares is about 3.5 billion.

When the stock was bid 0 ask .0001, many of us felt there was value to the company and its assets and ideas, plus they were still in business. As best we can tell Indiana plant closed but they have a 50,000 sq ft plant in India operating. At the time the market cap was about 350k, which was really low hence the interest in the .0001 shares

Recently the stock had some interest because the CEO Dan Bates is on a tour promoting IMPACTPPA an interesting crypto project that would be used as a funding mechanism for solar/wind projects . Jury is still out on that one.

2013 $ 895,000

2014 $ 1,700,000

2015 $ 2,800,000 (for the first 3 qtrs, on track to do 4 million)


Of course we do not know much since they went dark but for any other business that would be an excellent sales growth.
