Here is what I read from this, and I cannot determine if we are better off or not for it. (ALL SUPPOSITION BASED ON PASSED PR's) Some one offered to buy Americanna Cafe which is technically all USMJ has left as assets. The offer may have been countered by USMJ to create a new company joint owned by USMJ, possibly called Americanna Cafe (AMCF?) in which the buyer will have majority/controlling interest of, but it will not be a complete buy out. PURA could become strictly the beverage/water producer, and the potential spin-offs could be an extraction business with PURA and GRCO in California only (mentioned months ago), a new company consisting of all grow operations (which may or may not include direct sales via dispensaries), a new company that is purely extraction only. I am sure that there are mnay other creative ways that this could play out, but I considered my USMJ Dead Money for which my PURA position would make up for many fold. I worry now that the great compilation of PURA assets may be diluted down by fragmenting them. Hope it turns out I am short sided.
