Mr. Paul B Healy is a Partner in Gulfstream Limited. Mr. Healy serves as a Senior Advisor to Sonenshine Partners an investment bank providing strategic and financial advisory services in New York City. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Tmm, Inc. since May 2017. He is an accomplished, established executive with entrepreneurial and financial skills, experienced in the media/communications and financial services arenas, having applied his skills in critically demanding business situations. He served as Vice President of Media Private Banking of The Chase Manhattan Bank as Vice President and Chief Executive of Global Media and Telecommunications Group, Mr. Healy served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Connexity, LLC, a leading supply chain analytics database/research company sold to Bloomberg, LLC in 2010. Previously, he served as Principal and Managing Director at Frank N. Margrid Associates. He served for a decade as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations with Hollinger International, Inc. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Sun-Times Media Group Inc.,(formerly, Hollinger International Inc.) from October 1995 to December 31,2005. Mr. Healy led investor relations and all bank financing, investment banking relationships. He managed $7 billion in various bank/bond equity and derivative facilities. He was the primary spokesman at various Equity and Bond conferences as well as to the media while overseeing the global budgeting process across all divisions and final corporate roll-up to assure debt and derivative compliance covenants during its growth from a $100 million EBITDA to $450 Million successfully attracting and maintaining a blue-chip, value-oriented shareholder base. He has been a Director of Triple Crown Media Inc., (alternate name Southern Community Newspapers Inc.) since December 9th, 2016. He serves as a Trustee of Kenyon College and Board Chair of The Kenyon Review. He served as a Director of Flexstopper, Inc. since June 14, 2012 until May 21, 2014. Mr. Healy graduated from Kenyon College.
