With RICO charges on the line YES I 100% believe they will settle. They will not risk RICO charges and jail time. On top of that with the judges sentiment favoring CMGO the defendants will be advised it's best to settle.

Why do you think settlement talks were suddenly brought up... because the judge said NO MORE EXTENSIONS! It's time for them to pay.
