Ceo plays the game of issuing toxic debt to buy failed assets and never builds them out to serve a use or to earn revenue that exceeds debt incurred to buy them. All well paying himself 120,000 a year plus preferred stock options. He is the winner in the end whether it works or not.

He accumulated over 9 million in debt since his involvement with seek. What other company or publicly traded company would allow him to hold office?
