That's the common strategy with OTC pinkies usually. If VCPS did choose to raise the AS to 20bil first, then I'd imagine they would pump the stock in order to sell shares for a while and fill up the Outstanding Shares count.
I don't believe the company is buying back shares imo. They would have to announce that first, especially where they're filing under SEC filing requirements. If anything, it could be insiders loading up shares for whatever reason. This recent amount of volume is too much risk for it to be simple lotto buying from retail imo.
Since last week, the wall at .0001 has lightened up considerably and we've been seeing .0002's on the ask more frequently. I don't think this is coincidental. Either way, there's been a lot of sudden buying interest here for some reason. And I'm hoping we find out soon.
