The argument presented is WRFX is a 'shell' yet has filed a Reg A. Approval by the SEC will immediately disprove name calling WRFX a scam. Therefore, it is dishonest to claim WRFX is both a scam and a shell.

The facts argue against mere opinions as WRFX is both transparent and following normal steps to legitimacy.
