Based on a review of the status of its internal programs, resources and capabilities, the Company is exploring a wide range of strategic alternatives that may include a potential merger or sale of the Company, among other potential alternatives. The Company has retained Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated (“Stifel”) to serve as its financial advisor in the process. There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to enter into such a transaction or transactions on a timely basis, on terms that are favorable to the Company, or at all.

PVCT is currently at 7.5c but I expect it to spike soon because it will present at ASCO on new applications for children's cancers
