So you are implying that the SEC would find wrong doing and shut them down? In that scenario, you are saying it's ok they were lying and deceiving us because they won't do it again in the future because now they are really gonna start expanding with all the money they just failed to raise?

Sorry Man, I can't get behind that logic. I want Parsi gone from this industry and never allowed near another publicly traded company...if I'm right. Again, if I'm wrong, we don't have anything to worry about. But we have to at least try to find out.
