Clean shell status for months. Wth?!

Why would SEC notice that now and not before the merger announcement?

So the clean shells I have in my notes could all be "dirty"?

I wonder who I am angry at now... ubli people, otcm, sec... the new company merging in can't be very happy right now?

In a perfect world, is there a possibility for a positive outcome?
