Obviously ERHC management didn't know much of anything. Investing all they did in something they knew had an 81.2% chance of failure wasn't smart at all. Buying a basket of these high risk exploration stocks has always been the best way to play in this arena.

What I am still amazed about is that Peter Ntephe deliberately tried to hide the chance of success of Tarach from their own shareholders. Had I not asked at a shareholder meeting that number would still not be known.

Many other material things were also intentionally withheld or lacked adequate and timely disclosure over the years. People who have nothing to hide don't act in this manner.

This bad strategy led to a complete loss of credibility among investors who have stayed away in droves especially when ERHC needed them the most.

Some have even said there are only 6 or 7 shareholders left that still believe in this company and will buy this stock. I can certainly believe that. But I have to question what they really know. What is the chance of failure now? Probably far higher than ever.
