Why can't a BK company just become temporarily inactive as a business, but shares remain trading? In other words, become a shell company?
AERG did this a couple of years ago. Shares traded down to .0003, before it was reactivated. It did not go through a BK, just ceased any activities. It is now traded and the price is around .13 cents/share.
