Two unnamed companies they signed MOU's with. Wonder why they don't name them?

As for expanding into cannabis & hemp, check out Jeff LaBerge, their new partner. He was brought before the SEC in 2017 on charges he mislead investors in another company. Seems like a perfect fit for VSPC!
