many reasons why... plenty that are legit and then .... hopefully they've just been too busy with gov contracts etc. typically with S&B conversions stop as most brokers and opinion writers won't touch them, so it may actually be a good thing for us.. trying to make lemonade out of lemons here :)

Buy it, trade it, hold it, ignore it... do whatever your want, just
don't do it because of what I say.
