Here's an interesting article on Alexander Fleming and the discovery and development of penicillin. There have been some pathetic, desperate attempts to compare the development of penicillin with the development of viricides.

I wonder what the name of Fleming's corporation was... you know the one from which he took millions of dollars in compensation (adjusted for inflation, of course) and allowed the parent corporation to take 30% of all expenses without earning a single penny in revenue.

Does anybody know the name of that company?
