This thing is so thin, Activity of a couple $1,000 can send this to a penny.

You have to be patient here. The NVOS update was important as it indicated that the company is still alive and is preparing for its big move... in stock terms... its big pump.

So honestly, other than waiting patiently, what do you or any of us have to worry about?
