The judge said no such thing..He said it was dismissed,he didn't say they were broke or forgot..Again ill ask you how many people were listed? was it more then 3? I know it was more then those 3 that got dismissed do you? So what happened to the list of others? You do understand the company could of just said don't bother with those lil share amounts right? No reason to waste money if its going to cost you more to fight to get those shares back then what the shares are worth right?

Ive seen the list and know full well some ownership of shares were peddley amounts,i also have a feeling all they cared about was the holders of millions of shares they felt were giving illeagly..Again its you that's inferring the company FORGOT or went BROKE not the judge
