Here's the few lies I can think of that Parsi told specifically to get people to buy the offering

1)Gay as CEO

2)Parsi as Chairman

3)Specific franchising deals to be announced once offering closes (this one should be the one that gets him in the most hot water, as it is the most misleading, implying deals are ready imo)

4)He was participating in offering - no proof whatsoever

Any others that I am missing?
