The heat MUST be turned up on this Fresh N Healthy "sister" business...if his plan was to siphon off revenue from GIGL catering and put it on the books of Fresh's - then if that avenue is blocked - his GIGL shares become ALOT more important to him as his "empire" crumbles. That would be the only thing left as what else does this man do for income over the next 12-15 years (his kids approaching college age then too)? He better start to THINK

7.3% decline in revenue...really ? How do we know it wasn't a slight increase and the 48-50K disappeared into other "books"? Hence the problem, we cannot trust this man
