Been thinking about the possibility of Parsi intentionally filing BK...

The one saving grace seems to be that if he's been receiving compensation via shares, and he files for BK, and common gets wiped out in a debt for equity swap, he loses too...as far as I know his shares are not senior to common stock...

Same with Gay. Seems unlikely he would accept equity compensation knowing those shares will be wiped out in BK.

Still, the guy is a clown...and Gay hasn't had a hit in years...
