HERE is the bottom line...I bought this stock AFTER the announced proposed R/S which will NOT be voted on by the company and shareholders until June 19th! - and it’s a max of 1:20 with a date of effectuation that could be as late as 12/31/19. There is a reason they give themselves 18 months. A real business needs time. IMO -This stock has come a long way in the last week. We are still testing levels this ever saw in 2018. .0005 pps is a solid new baseline and very few are willing to sell their shares this low. Volume appears to increase as we CHURN north. Another good and very telling sign IMO.

So just because 1 or 2 people post over and over again- the same generic warning- that is notasizting anyone with doing any rea due diligence.

I just stated the very worse thing that can happen here and frankly-its not bad at all. Especially with the company now in receipt of the crypto currency ATM machines and delivery in Florida already occurred.

With the finalized deal and partnership of $BYSD and Draft Daily and Fantasy Gold Coin - $BYSD has positioned themselves in the burgeoning Global Gaming and esports markets- with $7bil in current annual revenues in that industry.

The fact that $BYSD has a huge material event coming June 2-3 can’t go unnoticed. I believe that mor eof the market as whole will start to cstch on once we see and hear commercials and radio for the LIVE eSports tournament held in Vegas for the popular eSports game DRAGONBALL PlayerZ.

So based on the current SS - it’s a 9 Bil A/S Authorized Shares A/S and 4bil O/S- Outstanding at a 1:20 reverse this would actually see 450mil A/S and a 200 mil O/S. With a company that has revenues from CTM machines which will be located throughout the country and then from Draft Daily/Fantasy Gold Coin transactions and their revenue model so attractive..they are securing non dilutive $50MILLION EUROS from institutional investors in Frankfort Germany on their stock exchange.

For all these reasons and then myriad others presented in PART 1 2 and 3 of my DD packages put out this week. Every day I’m finding new stuff onlline whether via their discord app or their subreddit thread online. So with that being said— ITS IMPORTANT FOR ONE TO FOCUS NOW ON THE MERITS AND VALIDATIONS PRESENTED FORTH BY NEW MANAGEMENT THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS.
