It appears to me that ABWN is trying to meet SEC reporting requirements to remain an accelerated filer as required by section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Exchange Act.

Maybe this has something to do with up listing?

I know I gave that "shares loaded and cocked" analogy in an earlier post, so I really don't know, just giving my take on what I have found.
