So they pre announce it with the maximum so that we can see and have hope in a split.
A properly measured split can only be good for this stock, looking at the AS a 1 for 6 would be great, if they cut it to much we will lose liquidity.
1 for 9 max would be best, then going forward we could go to some real money
1 to 20 and we will see Paper in and probably very quick if it is a year from now and they have reached their targets.
I think the RS will have some criteria of some targets they will want to have in place.
Once in place, they will probably let us know and by that time, those in the stock will be seasoned to the action.
