One year ago ONCI was hanging out in the .0009/.001 area I believe.
Last February ONCI hit .0018.

ONCI, as of todays close, sits at .0032

And yet there are posts here stating that ONCI is down 90%??
I'm a bit confused.
No I'm not, There are some Half truths being posted here.

Of course this is JMHO but a HALF TRUTH IS STILL A FULL LIE.
