Why did you leave out the part about OWCP supplying the TA with a 144 Opinion for Friedland?

The SEC has Friedland and now they are going after OWCP as the company states in the 10-K.

"We may expend a substantial amount of time and resources in connection with SEC or stockholder-related inquiries or legal actions related to an ongoing investigation by the SEC"

You can continue to try and convince others that OWCP isn't the target of the investigation buy any serious investor understands the party is over for OWCP and the insiders.
