Deal officially closed on May 2nd, just in time for Canada to go legal. The expansion plan, key players involved, diversity ,looks like an excellent opportunity

Deal closing with $600,000 cash and 250 mil shares @ .0112 means everybody is in it for the long haul

Board meeting approved auditing 4 years of financials, and name / ticker change...

In a way, it's the beginning of a new era. Company has positioned themselves nicely going forward in the MJ business, and at the appropriate time


I looked at it like this...If the company was willing to drop $600,000 and 250 million shares @ .0112, me picking up 1.2 million @ .0123 is cool with me. This is a longer term investment for me, looking forward to watching things develop
