I'm not worried at all about it. Especially since they haven't confirmed it and if they do vote in favor, its only going to be 1/20 or less and may not go into effect until Dec 2019.

As I mentioned before, I was in a stock several years back which was sub-penny. After they started getting the business going they announced a 1/20 r/s. They started building the business and the stock moved to 12 cents from sub penny before the r/s. When they finally effected the r/s, it moved the stock to 2.40. Several weeks later it ran to $50+. No joke!

So, if they do great things I don't care one way or the other. This will move!
