That kind of shares allow current share holders to purchase shares from the company at certain prices. Solomon thinks that is the anti dilutive benefits for current shareholders. Lets say, if the company dilutes 18%, they allow you, as a shareholder to buy 18% of your ppsitions at a certain price, so that you are not diluted.
