Is it possible that the "update" has something to do with the company going from JBZYD back to JBZY? Perhaps there is other information that the company has to provide now that the assets are incorporated before they send out the financials.

Just my thoughts... could be very wrong, but also wouldn't mind the uplisting if it helps the company value.

In any case, we can't do anything but wait for something big to happen.
