The SEC has already filed a complaint against Friedland - that part of the investigation is finished.

The government operates by squeezing the low hanging fruit and working their way up.

Just like when the DEA arrests a street level drug dealer and he is threatened with 20 years - he cuts a deal and provides the name of his supplier... until the DEA gets to the guy(s) bringing in to the state.

The SEC low hanging fruit was Friedland as he couldn't have committed the fraud without the help and cooperation of OWCP - who the hell do you think gifted Friedland with 5.1 million shares.

No company would pay Friedland $7 million for a awareness campaign - no one could possibly believe that.

On those underwater are making such nonsense claims that the SEC isn't investigating OWCP. Even OWCP acknowledges they are a target of the investigation.

"We may expend a substantial amount of time and resources in connection with SEC or stockholder-related inquiries or legal actions related to an ongoing investigation by the SEC."

OWCP is very clear they are involved in a SEC investigation.
