Did you read the R&D budget for OWCP?

You do understand that the cost to bring a new drug to the market is tens of millions of dollars.

What the hell as always I will post real DD about the cost and not some wishful thinking nonsense.

The cost for Phase 1 Clinical Trials for Dermatology = $1,800,000 

Phase 2 Clinical Trials for Dermatology = $8,900,000 

Phase 2 Clinical Trials for Dermatology = $11,500,000 

It is ridiculous to even discuss OWCP and clinical trials. 

What OWCP has paid won't provide any research that is meaningful.
