Thanks for the informative reply.

Those warrants likely had to be based on fair value as judged by some independent firm. How can they value a company at $6 million if it's truly competing in a multi billion dollar prostate sector? Makes no sense.

Guess we'll have to wait for this very late filing to see the details. They had better be in there.
