I don't know if all of these amendments are part of what is making the investors sell causing the price come down, but I want to make it clear that there hasn't been any dilution from this current form S-1/A or any of the previous 11 versions which were just amendments.

This isn't 11 different form S-1/As with each one adding additional shares. Its been only one Form S-1/A with the total of proposed additional shares listed on the latest amendment # 11, which has not been exercised yet so no dilution yet. The only possible dilution on the horizon is the proposed additional shares listed on the latest form S-1/A amendment # 11.
