I'm not sure about what they told you, fact is:

1) yesterday at this time if you went to nasdaq site CSHDE was a valid symbol and pointed to CSHD

2) today at nasdaq site CSHDE is not more a valid symbol

Yesterday CSHD got an E because they didn't tell the otcbb of their late filing (because the 16/10 was indeed 1 day late).

For comparison there's another stock that is being listed with an E because of the lack of the audited opinion: in fact next to the symbol change reason of the other company it was written that it lacked the audited opinion, and that wasn't the case for CSHD.
