The stock typically falls down from there into the mid to low .02 area

But a break ABOVE .0325 would signal a technical breakout that would launch this stock up into the $0.04 area.

Once we are trading in the $0.04 area, the chart looks much stronger and that attracts those that prefer to enter a stock once it has already tested and retested it's lows
