True about LA. I'm in a smaller company that already started building their initial grow pods. The first is done and almost ready to move to the site. They are able to move forward while the compound is still being built out because they have their local permits, state application numbers, and staff. Their is expansion plan for 4 greenhouses, but these pods get them moving forward and they will be mobile as they expand into other municipalities. My conversations with the ceo indicate not only are some municipalities are slow and messed up, but the state is also still trying to figure things out.
