Ready to buy, but I wanted to ask a few things of the board:

True, they are an iconic telecom but their services are really not good- I mean have you ever had a connection problem? It usually takes 2-3 visits to get it fixed.

The modem/remote setup on u-verse is horrible. Have had internet problems as well that were frustrating.

I guess that's it. Somebody set me straight. I like the dividend, and certainly they've got most of us by the you know whats!
