A 504 offering is the worst kind of money raise because the company gets less than half of the money raised. The rest goes to the "P&D" PA Corp. who does the 504. There will be at least 20Mil NEW shares issued AFTER the split. Same TROUBLE, different scoundrels.

Also, the investors who first showed me this "deal" will own nearly half of the current shares & are bound to sell the staock straight DOWN post split.

NO thanks!

Good news is I can REALLY use my proportion of the loss ($650K) for the tax LOSS.
