I don't think he really has much choice. Any large money coming in would want shares at a discount and warrants. The resultant dilution would be more than we or Moro want. The trade off is that the life of the additional patents degrades but IMO, he had made the correct decision. Just wait for Abbott. If Abbott gets the serum test on their analyzer, it will be a huge seller and if Moro keeps the share base as low as it is now, a buyout later on could be pretty high but that depends upon the royalty rate, could be higher or lower. Erthang, I hope you are right but after 60 some years, I don't have that many stars in my eyes any more.
