Given the current state of Advaxis pps relative to the EMA timeline (i.e relatively speaking, it's short), it's a bit of a pickle. I believe most will agree that the current valuation is completely irrational (it's almost comical, if not for all of the current shrapnel of paper losses littered everywhere). However, at some point, there needs to be at least some semblance of reality wrt to the valuation.

So, at least one of the precursors might be a move of the pps into the teens or slightly higher. This makes a buyout of multiples above tangible.

Another alternative is the valuation moving from 90 million to a few billion, "out of the blue". I suppose this is possible, but I don't see it as probable, especially when observing the historical move to the 30'ish range.

I will be very surprised if the pps is trading sub $10 at/around the time of the EMA decision.
