Indeed. To bad they didn't do this one year ago, and/or not spread the Q4-dividend and issue the first part now so that they could gain some instant credibility. However, even how small the dividend is, this is a first and important step.

If they still had the ECAB-deal things would have been very different I think, now we have the very valid fear of dilution. I hope they have a plan on how to reduce dilution as much as possible, and that they aren't gambling all on the TRW-loan. If they were to put a cap on OS + get rid of the toxic note (and maybe Solomon's compensation scam) the yield should decrease quite significantly IMO.
