............when the MARTINEZ ITR appeal decision (OPINION) hits.....here we go.....

.....to wit, comes now.................then will the uwbi BK close.......???.......depends......WE MIGHT WIN THE F/-ing ITR case and then the FDIC can do an 'en banc' appeal, which is a polling of all appellate court judges..............or the FDIC can petition the U.S. Supreme Court..............imagine that..........6 months on the 'en banc'.............2 years on super dupe, imo......and remember, mark e. haynes gets $450 an hour so he doesn't GAD if this uwbi BK goes another couple of years...................

.....but the u.s. appeals courts always upholds........one of our 3 judges is an 80-year-old oklahoman panhandler.......one of the 2 chicks appointed by jimmy carter.......she ain't gonna reverse the magna carta......WTF....................
