$QMKR - Correction, Everything appears to be on schedule according to 10Q, which is where they officially filed the merger instead of using an 8K. Here is the most recent UBid APO announcement filed in the 10Q in April.
"On April 10, 2018, Incumaker, Inc. (“Incumaker”) (QMKR: Pink) entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with uBID Holdings, Inc. (“uBID”), a privately held company, under which the shareholders of uBID would receive 90% of the outstanding shares of Incumaker common stock and the current shareholders of Incumaker would own the remaining 10% of the outstanding shares of Incumaker common stock. Under the terms of the Merger Agreement, the current members of the Board of Directors and officers of Incumaker would resign and be replaced by a Board of Directors and officers appointed by the current officers of uBID. Incumaker would be the surviving corporation and is expected to change its name to uBID Holdings, Inc. following the closing of the merger. The closing of the merger is subject to completion of a number of conditions. The merger is anticipated by Incumaker and uBID to be effective no later than May 31, 2018."
